This page is for asking a question or sending a suggestion. You do not need to register or remember a password.
When to use this page
Use this page if you have a question, an idea, a complaint or a suggestion. It is not the form for publishing news and not the form for an event announcement.
If you need to publish or correct information on the website, at the top tap “Site requests”.
If you need to announce a future event, tap “Add announcement”.
If a printer, computer or network is broken, or you need a cartridge, tap “IT request”.
If you need to send a cartridge for refill, tap “Cartridge refill”.
How to fill it in — step by step
- In “Question / suggestion”, write your message in your own words. The more specific you are, the faster we can help.
- If a photo, video or document helps explain the message, add a file. You can also add nothing.
- Faculty and department are required.
- Write your name.
- In “Phone number”, give a Ukrainian number (+380… or 0…). This is required.
- In “Where should we reply”, choose one channel: Email, Telegram or WhatsApp.
- In the next field, enter the contact for that channel. For Email — an address. For Telegram — a username such as @igor or a t.me/igor link. For WhatsApp — a Ukrainian number +380… or 0… (it can be the same as the phone).
- Tap the blue “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
What happens after you send it
A message number will appear on the screen, for example QST-2026-XXXXXX. Write it down or take a photo of the screen.
A reply will come through the channel you chose: email, Telegram or WhatsApp. Someone may also call the phone number if needed.
